Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST but exclusive of postage and packaging (or shipping).

If you hover your mouse over the photographs of our products, the picture should enlarge to give you a bigger view of the item.  When you move your mouse away from the picture it will shrink back down to its previous size.  This doesn't work in all versions of Windows but we hope it works for you.  

We are using Paymate's shopping cart and this works perfectly if you are planning to pay for your purchases using your credit card (either VISA or MasterCard).  Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button for any item you would like to order and you will see that a new Paymate.com window opens up and shows the item/s you selected already listed in your shopping cart.

At the bottom of this window you will see two grey buttons, one that says "Continue Shopping" and one that says "Checkout."  If you'd like to continue adding to your shopping basket, click on the first button and you'll be able to browse our website again.

If you are finished shopping and would like to complete your purchase, then you will need to select a "Shipping cost" before you click on the "Checkout" button.  You will find that you are unable to move past this window until you have selected a Shipping cost option from the drop down list on the shopping cart window.  Just so that you know what Shipping options are available, they are listed here in more detail:

Once you've selected the most appropriate Shipping cost option this will be added and reflected in the "Total Invoice Amount."

When you click on the "Checkout" button (the second button on the bottom left) you will be taken to PayMate's SECURE https website.  

PayMate has all the encryption protocols in place so that you can make your payment safely without worrying about fraud or the safety of your credit card details. (Please be a little patient!  Loading up the secure payment page may take a few seconds depending on the speed of your broadband.) When this new window opens you can complete your purchase by filling in the form with your name, address and credit card details.

PayMate accepts VISA and Mastercard.

Please note!  LeftHand NZ never sees your credit card details!

When you have made payment, PayMate emails us immediately and tells us that you have made a payment and also gives us the product code numbers and details about the items you have ordered and your address so that we can post your order to you.  

If we are in any way confused about your order, we will email you otherwise we will put your order into the post to you as soon as we receive the confirmation email from PayMate of your payment.

Stocks permitting, we ship orders as soon as payment is confirmed.

If you would like to make your payment using:

• Type your name, address and telephone number into the body of the email message - at the top is usually the best place.
• At the very top - alongside "To:" (That is who you are sending the email to....)   Type in our email address which is:

Once we have received your email message we will send you our "Confirmation" email within 36 hours.  This is an email acknowledging and confirming your order.  Shortly after sending this to you we will email a special "PayPal Invoice" to you.  This will enable you to make your payment to us using funds you have in your PayPal account.  

Other Info for International Visitors:

We do not currently have a facility to accept Diner's Club or American Express or any other payment options apart from VISA and Mastercard or PayPal.  If you wish to make payment using your VISA or Mastercard, it is easy!  Just shop as normal and use PayMate's secure website - this is where you will be taken when you click on the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Cart window.
