A few questions that are asked frequently are:
· Q: Can I order online? A: Yes, there is an Order Form on our website and you can order online but please read this page before you place your order.
· Q: Can I pay online using my credit card? A: Yes, we have linked up with PayMate. If you have a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card you can make a secure online payment using the link to PayMate on our Order Form page. PayMate has an “https” website which means that all the security encryption protocols are in place for you to make a secure payment on their website without having to worry about your credit card details going astray or being open to fraud. In fact we never see your credit card details at all. It takes about 1-2 working days after you’ve made your payment for a confirmation email to come through to us from PayMate. As soon as we receive that email from PayMate, we put your order into the post. (Please don’t forget to add sufficient funds for the postage and packaging of your order!)
· Q: What if I don’t live in New Zealand? Can I pay online using my credit card? Yes, if you have a VISA or MasterCard credit card please place your order online using our Order Form. Please remember to add sufficient postage (see our guidelines) and then use the PayMate link on our Order Form page to make your payment in New Zealand Dollars securely using PayMate’s https website. If you have a different kind of credit card (Discover or American Express) or you would like to use funds you have in your PayPal account, please place your order online using our Order Form and then WAIT for our confirmation email before doing anything else! We will email confirmation of your order to you together with an individualized PayPal invoice. You will then be able to make your payment via PayPal’s secure https website. We never see your credit card details or any information about your PayPal account. We are simply sent a notification from PayPal that you have made your payment and as soon as we receive that, your order is shipped to you.
· Q: Can I pay using internet banking? A: Yes certainly if you live in New Zealand. Please select the “internet banking” option when completing your Order Form. We will then email our bank account details to you so that you can make your electronic deposit.
· Q: What about a personal cheque? Can I send you a cheque? A: Yes, we do accept payment by cheque if you have a New Zealand cheque book. Please select this payment option when completing your Order Form. Your cheque should be made payable to “LeftHand N.Z.” and posted to 4 Churchill Street, Dargaville, 0310. Selecting this payment option will slow the process down somewhat as we will need to wait for bank clearance of the cheque before we post your order to you.
· Q: Something went wrong when I submitted my Order Form to you….I goofed up…….I don’t know if you got my order or not? A: If you got a rather bland looking page with your order details on it after you pressed the “Submit” button, we will have received your order and as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment your order will be posted to you. We will send you an email to confirm your order details. If you haven’t received our ‘confirmation of your order’ email within 48 hours, please assume that something went wrong with your order and we did not receive it. There are times when we receive an order without an email address, name or any contact details……..!!! When this happens, we are unable to make contact with you at all. If you think this might have happened when you placed your order, then the best thing to do is to email us and tell us what you’d like to order and what happened when you were completing our Order Form.
· Q: I think my order has come through to you twice….and I only meant to place the order once! A: First of all - don’t worry!! We always email confirmation of your order to you before we prepare it for posting. If we have got any details about your order incorrect you will have plenty of opportunities to correct things.
· Q: Do I need to live in New Zealand to join the “NZ Lefty Club” ? A: No, you don’t even have to be left-handed! But someone who is close to your heart should be left-handed - for example, your partner, or your Mum or your child, children or a grandchild should be left-handed.
· Q: My question is not listed here….. A: Please email your question to us. We will reply to your email (usually within 24 hours if not sooner) and if it is a question that others might ask frequently, we’ll include it on this page. |
