How to Order

Thank-you for coming to this page!  Reading this blurb before you order and  preferably before you’ve done a lot of browsing on our website will save you time!!

· About our Prices

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST, but exclusive of P&P. 

· Please make a note of the code, price and a short description

We do not have a shopping cart on our website just yet, so please make a note on a piece of paper of the code, the price and a short description of any items you wish to order.  It is easier to do this as you go along than to go back and get these details for each item afterwards. 

When you are ready to order, please read these P&P guidelines to estimate the appropriate amount to add for P&P before you go to our Order Form. 

Postage and Packaging Guidelines - NZ wide

If you are ordering 1 single thin

item please add $2.00 for P&P

(e.g. 1 x book or 1 pair of scissors)

If you are ordering 1 set

please add $4.00 for P&P

(e.g. 1 x Little Lefty Set or 1 x Lefty Set)

All other orders under $120 NZD

please add $5.00 for P&P.

This is the cost price of an untracked

A4 size plastic envelope ordinary post,

NZ wide - as per the new postage rates

introduced by NZ Post on March 2008. 

POSTAGE IS FREE

for orders of

$120.00 or more.

Provided the entire order is

posted to the same address.

If you do not live in New Zealand...

· And you would like to place an order, please use our Order Form and type in your full postal address and zip code.

· Please see the table below for guidelines about how much to add for shipping.

· If you will be making your payment using your MasterCard or your VISA credit card you can simply submit the Order Form and then return to our Order Form page and click on the link button (towards the bottom of the page) that will take you to PayMate’s secure https website where you can make your payment safely without worrying about credit card fraud.

· If you would like to pay using funds you have in your PayPal account or if you have a credit card that is NOT a VISA or a MasterCard credit card (e.g. Discover, American Express), then please choose the PayPal option button on our Order Form, submit your order form to us and then wait for an email from us.

· Our email will include a PayPal invoice.  There will also be a PayPal link button in the email that will take you straight through to the correct payment page on PayPal’s secure https website where you can make your payment to us safely without having to worry about credit card fraud.  You can then make your payment using either your Discover or American Express credit card or funds from your PayPal account. 

· In all cases, we never see your credit card details or any information about your PayPal account.

· We are simply sent a notification (from PayMate or PayPal) that you have made your payment and as soon as we receive this notification, your order will be shipped immediately.

Your order is subject to the availability of stock.

If any items you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will email you or telephone you.

Your order will be posted as soon as payment has been confirmed.

We take great pride in getting our orders posted the same day confirmation of payment has been received.

Payment Options

There are 3 payment options (if you live in NZ)

And two payment options if you do not live in NZ.

You will be asked to select one of these on our Order Form. 

No matter which payment option you choose you can

order online using our Order Form. 

After this you can choose to….

1. Put a cheque made out to LeftHand N.Z. into the post.  Post to LeftHand N.Z., 4 Churchill Street, Dargaville, 0310)  (This option is only available to NZ residents)

2. Make your payment using internet banking.  We will email our bank account details to you after you have submitted your order.  (This option is only available to NZ residents)

3. Make an online payment by credit card - safely - through PayMate.  LeftHand N.Z. has signed up with PayMate and they have all the encryption protocols in place so that you can make your payment to us without worrying about fraud or the safety of your credit card details.  The link button and the 3 easy steps to follow to make your credit card payment to us through PayMate is at the bottom of our Order Form page.  This facility is unfortunately only available for those who have a MasterCard or VIS
