We are so sure that you will be happy with your purchases, that we offer a full, no questions asked refund if items* that do not fully meet your expectations are returned in good condition within three weeks.  (*Videos, DVD’s and books excluded.)

We are proud to tell you that we have a database full of absolutely delighted customers but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please email us immediately so that we can put the matter right.
