still trying to work out how we can build an efficient Order Form for
those who do not wish to make payment using their credit card.
Please bear with us and be patient!!
In the meantime, we have a somewhat clumsy way to
achieve this end!
Full instructions are given below for those who would
like to make payment using:

If you live in New
Zealand and would like to make your payment using Internet Banking, or
if you would prefer
to physically go into any Kiwibank and make your payment over the
counter then please read these notes! (The
directions below seem more complicated than the process really
is! Also, if you only wish to order one or two items it
might be quicker to
simply record the code numbers and send us an email of what you'd
like!)
For those who are reasonably familiar with
computers - the
notes below simply detail the steps about how you can "Copy" and
"Paste" the contents
of the Shopping Cart into your email programme and email it to us
together with your name, address and telephone number.
Here goes!
- Shop as
normal - that is, use the "Add to Cart" buttons to add the
items you wish to order to the Shopping Cart on our website.
When
you are done shopping, go to the Shopping Cart window by clicking on
the "View Cart" button on our website.
- Check that the items in the cart are the ones you
would like to order then select
the FIRST shipping option
in the drop down list - that is Shipping or P&P to "Anywhere in
NZ." This will add $5.90 to your order for P&P.
- Now RIGHT
click anywhere on the Shopping Cart window.
- Left click on "Select
All" - having done this you will see
that everything in the Shopping Cart is now highlighted.
- RIGHT
click again and this time left click on "Copy."
- Now open
up your email programme in the normal way.
You might have Outlook Express, Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail -
whichever you
have - just open this as per usual.
- Under the "File"
menu click on "New" and then "Mail Message" to create a
new mail message.
- When a window to send an email message opens up, left click once in
the area where you would normally type your message, then RIGHT click once and click on
"Paste" (this may take a few seconds depending on the
speed of your computer.)
- Now you should see that the contents of your
Shopping Cart have been copied into your email message - they look a
little different because they are now listed one underneath the
other.
- At this
point, PLEASE remember to do 3 things:
- Type your
name, address and telephone number into the body of the
email message - at the top is usually the best place.
- At the very top - alongside "To:" (That is who
you are sending the email to....)Type
in our email address which is:
Once we have
received your email message we will send you our "Confirmation"
email within 36 hours. This is an email
acknowledging and confirming your order and it will include our
Kiwibank
Account details so that you can either make your payment online using
Internet Banking or you can write our banking details down and
go into any Kiwibank and make your payment over the counter.

from us within 36 hours
of placing your
order, please email us,

If you live
anywhere outside of New Zealand and would like to make your
payment using funds you have in your PayPal account
then please read
these notes! (These directions
seem more complicated than the process really is!)

click once more and this time left click on "Copy."
- Now open
up your email programme

into the body of the email message - at the top is a good place for

- At the very top - alongside "To:" (That
is who you are sending the email to....) Type in our email address which

Once
we have received your email message we will send you our "Confirmation"
email within 36 hours. This is an email
acknowledging and confirming
your order. Shortly after sending this to you we will
email a "PayPal Invoice" to you. This will enable
you to make your payment to us using funds you have in your
PayPal account.
If
you have not heard
from us within 36 hours
of placing
your order, there is a problem! Please
email us!
Other
Info for International Visitors:
We do not currently have a facility to accept
Diner's Club or
American Express or any other payment options apart from VISA and
Mastercard or PayPal. If you wish to make payment
using your VISA or Mastercard, it is easy! Just shop as
normal and use PayMate's secure website - this is where you will be
taken when you click on the "Checkout" button in the Shopping
Cart window.
Your
order is subject to the availability of stock!
If any items you have ordered are temporarily out of
stock, we will
email you or telephone you.
Your
order will be posted as soon as payment
is confirmed.
We take great pride in getting our orders posted the
same day
confirmation of payment has been received.
