Victorinox - Swiss - left handed potato peeler.
	The best motion for peeling potatoes and other vegetables is to move the peeler towards the body.  This is not possible with a right handed peeler held in the left hand as the cutting edge is facing the wrong way.  This is no longer a problem with this Swiss made left-handed potato peeler.  The shape of the handle makes this peeler ideally suited for lefties and the blade is in the correct position to enable peeling towards the body so there are no more scraped knuckles!!  This product works really well for lefties!  I use mine constantly - not only for potatoes but also for apples, cucumbers, carrots, kiwi fruit and etc.  In stock.  Also available in RED - see below.

	Quality left-handed rotary can opener.
	A good quality left-handed tin opener with roller cutter and geared action for opening cans smoothly and with ease.  It is positioned on the left side of the can and turned anti-clockwise with the left hand.   Anti- clockwise is the most natural and most comfortable turning motion for left-handers. Get one of these and you will never again have to contort yourself into the flying angel position just to open your favourite can of baked beans! 	Left-handed Bread Knife
	If you have never been able to cut bread straight, you absolutely need one of these!  The blade of this knife is serrated on the opposite side to all the bread knives you can purchase easily in the shops.  This knife produces a clean, straight and safe cut using the left hand.  If you always cut slices that start off wafer thin and end up as doorstop wedges, it is probably because you have been using a right-handed knife! Right-handed knives have the serrations on the left side of the blade and this counteracts the natural twisting motion of the hand and gives the right hander a straight cut.  When a left-hander uses a right-handed knife the effect of the hand twisting and the serrations combine and produce a curved cut!  The almost inevitable result is a slice that starts off thin but ends up fat - resembling a slice of cake rather than a nice straight slice of bread! This lefty bread knife has the serrations on the right side of the blade to counteract the natural twisting motion of the left hand. So now you know!  Those wedge slices are not your fault!  You’ve simply been using a bread knife that doesn’t work well for you! If you bake your own bread, or if you mostly buy unsliced bread, you will really enjoy having this lefty knife in your kitchen! We are trying to locate another supplier for these at present.

	Cake fork / Pastry fork : left-handed
	This is the left-handed version!  The cake cutting edge of the fork is correctly positioned for use by a left-hander.  The fattest spine is now suitably placed making it less likely for a piece of cake to fall off the fork on its way to your mouth!!  Stainless steel. Makes a great gift for a lefty with a sweet tooth! (A lefty couple purchased a set of 4 of these from us recently and told us they were for their ongoing enjoyment - to tease their righty friends when they come over for coffee and cake!)
